Women’s Writing for Well-being Circle

The (online) circle of women around us weave words of wisdom the circle way

Gather in the sacred circle of women's (online) writing for well-being, where words weave spells of healing and light. In this nurturing space, voices rise in unison, sharing stories of strength, vulnerability, and resilience. Each woman, pen in hand, becomes a vessel for the collective wisdom of generations past and the dreams of futures yet to come. The air hums with the energy of shared experiences, laughter, and sometimes tears, as every word written and spoken is a step toward self-discovery and empowerment.

The Writing Circle Way.

We meet (online) every other Friday 6.30-8 pm via Zoom

You book six sessions but can do them when you can

You do not lose out on missing one.

We start with a grounding meditation & perhaps a poem. As host, I usually introduce a theme.

We then write for about 20mins (don’t worry it goes quickly) and then if we want to, we share.

I teach you how to write freely intuitively consciously.

We see the value in reading aloud & share our writing with those present (you don’t have to).

We listen to each other, bearing witness.

Together we capture the beauty of our story. We close the meeting sharing what we most valued.

Here, every woman is seen, heard, and valued; her story is a vital thread in the intricate tapestry of the group's shared journey.

As the session unfolds, my prompts guide the exploration of themes such as gratitude, courage, and transformation. We write freely, unburdened by judgment, allowing our souls to speak through our pens. We find solace in each other's words, recognizing bits of ourselves in the stories being told, and finding inspiration in the resilience and beauty of our companions.

Our hearts are lighter by the end of our gathering, and our spirits are lifted. The sacred circle of women's writing for well-being will always serve its purpose, leaving you with a renewed sense of connection, purpose, and hope. As you prepare to go, we carry with you the healing power of our shared words, ready to face the world with newfound strength and grace.
